What People Are Saying
from Google & Yelp"The food is decent. The coffee is delicious. I've had some issues with my drink being made incorrectly, but that's minor and easy to fix. The baristas are all friendly and helpful. The one star is coming from two different areas. 1. Not super important, but I don't want to be asked repeatedly if I want to sign up for rewards. We don't need to give personal information, phone number, address, Social Security number, DoB, cousin's favorite pet, and a DNA swab just for me to purchase a cup of coffee. And 2. literally one of the highlights of grabbing coffee at Ziggi's is that we bring our dogs and get them whip cups with bones. When one of the staff acts excited and happy to see them, we ask if they'd like to give the older dog a bone. The last time we went through the drive-through, one of the baristas informed us this was no longer allowed since "they might get bit". The barista seemed very saddened by this, and, quite frankly, it completely soured our desire to return. Our dog even got to the point where she would recognize certain baristas as "friendly", and scooch closer to the window in anticipation of seeing her biscuit-distributing friend. I completely understand wanting to make sure your staff is safe and protected from potentially unfriendly dogs, but "banning" your staff from giving a biscuit to our dog who has never bitten anyone, shown any signs of aggression, and very patiently waits for her biscuit, this feels excessive and like a personal slight when there's been no issues."
"Easily (no exaggeration) the SLOWEST drive through experience I’ve had in my entire life. And it has happened every time I’ve been here, so not a one off. The staff and products are great. I’m just dumbfounded as to how it takes 3-5 minutes per car. Legitimately the slowest drive through I’ve ever been in."
"I love supporting non-Starbucks coffee shops. I love the variety of drink options available, not coffee alone. Typically, even with a longer line, the line move quickly. The service is always friendly. Ask for the free "beans!" I'm more like to order the energy drink blends than a coffee, but, I do love some of their Raspberry Truffle blended!"
"This place is SO inconsistent. When it’s good it’s great, but lately my order has been messed up 2 out of 3 visits. This is the second time I’ve received almond milk when I asked for whole milk. Luckily I don’t have an allergy, but my daughter does and it makes me uncomfortable going to a place that clearly they don’t pay enough attention worrying that they could give her almond milk by mistake. The sticker on my cup is correct, I don’t know if they just poured someone else’s order into my cup. To me it’s undrinkable, and considering it’s not anywhere close to cheap I don’t really want to waste my money here again."
"The new owners made a bunch of my favorite barista's quit amongst a few other things. I come here literally almost everyday and have for over a year now. I'm so upset that this has even gone on- I genuinely might consider not going here anymore. One late morning I came in and the new owner was being rude and and loud about something incredibly petty while I was getting my coffee. I could here her all the way in the drive through. Talk about unprofessional! I figured out the gals name whose doing this- I guess it's Jill. So just beware if she's around- you might hear her belitting her employees. I wish this coffee shop wasn't so close- it's such an inconvenience to go anywhere else but honestly like I said I'm not happy with what had happened and I really miss all my barista buddies.... they probably didn't even realize it but some days their smiles and their warm acknowledgment of me was enough to get me going through some really tough days! I'll miss them. :("
"It was fine. Comparable to Dutch Bros. Friendly. It's drive-up only. We got breakfast burritos across the street so it was convenient for our road trip. If..."
