"Wonderful spot for relaxing coffee or tea and some sweets or basic wraps - clean, bright and with a vibrant feel, sit back and sip and chat with family or friends for an hour or two - no one will move you along unless you set up a campsite in the order line. Great service with attention to detail. Wonderful bulletin board in back with local ads and posters for events and things to do in the area. Good choices for bulk coffee beans to go, little on the pricey side but top quality. Bring the kids but atmosphere seems more focused on quiet corners and conversations than chasing toddlers without “indoor voices” and with full diapers. Clean bathrooms."

"I love their jar fill program which we've done for years. You pay for a sticker and get 6 jar fills plus six drinks, which now includes specialty drinks like lattes. Each time you get a jar fill you have a choice of two roast options, usually one "fruity" and one "traditional " roast. A jar fill lasts my husband and I one week and I like that it reduces the waste associated with coffee bags since it uses a refillable jar instead. Their chai latte is my absolute favorite because it is so spicy with plenty of ginger."
