"I’m a regular customer at Ziggis in Wellington. Typically they’re good at taking our orders. However, since moving back to Wellington in early December they have messed up multiple drinks. Finally, today I went in to say something and get my drinks remade. The blonde monotoned worker was so incredibly rude. Telling me they changed their drink recipes last night to make drinks less sweet. So she was willing to remake the gold rush which was all sugar no cold brew in it at all, but not willing to remake my iced coffee which did not have caramel in it or whole milk. I had to add caramel and whole milk when I went home. I eventually get her to remake my drink as well. Well when they give me the drinks back the Gold Rush which I originally ordered in a 24oz was now in a 16oz cup. I was so frustrated with the entire exchange I just left. I once was a regular customer at Ziggis but I will no longer be going back because of this interaction."

"I adore the edible glitter addition on this locations menu, it absolutely brings a sparkle to my day and it's quite pretty to look at swirling around! Fantastic with an Arnold Palmer (my fav) and although sometimes I'm disappointed I can't find pup cups online anywhere nowadays, still just an overall sparkling way to go about my night! Can't ever decide between the Human Bean location in town or this shop's treats, because they're both too good to choose from! + I like the chocolate covered coffee bean bags, they're basically M&M's to me at this point. Thank you for the warm sense of caffeine and community you bring to me, and to this town!"

"Ziggies is a great spot, but the WiFi is painfully slow—often below 500 Mbps, with high latency even when I'm the only customer. Chatting with my AI feels impossible at times. Quantum and Comcast now offer up to 1 Gbps in Wellington for a nominal upgrade. A quick plan/hardware refresh would make a huge difference for everyone. Hope this gets fixed soon! As an addition to my review, I’d like to suggest Ziggi’s consider installing a Starlink Router instead of relying on Quantum or Comcast. Starlink could guarantee reliable internet for Wellington during civil emergencies, as it works with universal routers, not just Starlink phones. This would make Ziggi’s a true community hub with robust connectivity. Thanks for considering!"
