"We absolutely loved our visit to CA PHE! The atmosphere is so warm and inviting, with a cozy vibe that makes you want to stay awhile. The drinks were outstanding — the artful matcha was not only beautiful but also delicious, and the Vietnamese iced coffee had the perfect balance of strong, smooth, and refreshing. Everything felt thoughtfully prepared and full of flavor. Definitely a new favorite spot for coffee and a chill hangout next time I am in Colorado! Highly recommend."

"Finally found an excellent Bahn mi spot in Thornton. The service at the counter was excellent and their recommendations were fantastic. The refresher drink were bomb. We got the Dragonfruit and Coconut Matcha refreshers. The sandwiches were so good too. My wife got the egg white bahn mi and I got the grilled pork. The bread was fresh and crispy, but not cut the roof of your mouth crunchy like some spots. Both sandwiches were well seasoned and nice and full of meat, pickled daikon radish, cucumbers and carrots. Overall 10/10 we will be back again."

"Haven’t even finished half my sandwich, needed to stop and leave a review. SO GOOD!!! Restaurant is adorable and very clean. Coffee is yummy of course, but the sandwich! I got the lemongrass grilled pork Banh mi and it is so full of flavor, fresh veggies, and the bread has an amazing texture. So excited to have this family owned business nearby, can’t wait to come back and try more!"

"Love love love this coffee shop. The bánh mì bún bò Huế was so good—familiar flavors but super creative putting it into a bánh mì. The egg coffee and bánh bao took me right back to my childhood and reminded me of my bà ngoại’s cooking. The decor is super trendy and inviting—makes me want to spend the whole day working from here. Cozy, stylish, and just a great vibe overall. Can’t wait to see how far this place goes."

"Today was my second time coming to Ca Phe. I didn’t think the sandwiches were that tasty the first time around but I wanted to give this place another try. I got the roast pork and house special this time, last time, it was the house special and lemongrass pork. I asked for extra mayo and it doesn’t taste like I got any mayo in my roast pork sandwich. I am very disappointed again because the sandwich tastes more plain than last time I got it. The veggies are very skimp and the sandwich is very dry. I don’t even see any pate on it as well. At this point, I don’t even want to try the house special anymore. And must I mention, the prices for these sandwiches are kind of outrageous, $12 for a premium sandwich that has no taste/flavor, one cilantro stalk and one jalapeño slice on each side, and minimal daikon and carrots. I don’t plan to go back."
