"Emerald Cafe has great atmosphere and great food. Everything is organic. I had the avocado toast, which was the best I ever had; and, the lemon poppy seed muffin melted in my mouth. The coffee is amazing! The atmosphere is cozy and charming with interesting artwork on the walls. The staff are extremely friendly and made me feel at home. The cleanliness of the cafe is immaculate. I'm so glad I found this shop while visiting Steamboat Springs and will definitely frequent this shop upon return visits."
