"Passing through our Pueblo west friends referred us to the best hidden gem I’ve seen in a long time! They were busy and rightfully so! The green chili cheeseburger was INCREDIBLE! They had a refreshing cherry limeade! Our food was like an adult happy meal it came with a cupcake! We even took a four pack for the road! "Marie’s did such an amazing job with our wedding cake! 4 months ago, my husband and I weren’t sure who we were going to go with until a friend of ours told us we really needed to try this place. We made it a date night! For fun, we went to her bakery and got a couple of cupcakes, went home and did a tasting at home. A week later, my husband called and told Marie that we were interested in doing a cake testing. She gave us options of 4 with different flavors as well as frosting. My husband and I picked which ones we were going to be tasting. As the appointment came, Marie provided us with the options we chose as well with water. Marie sat with us at the end to discuss which one we liked as well as what our cake design would be. We were having a winter wedding with snowflakes involved! Marie took our idea and she absolutely stunned us when we saw our cake. Not only was the appearance exactly what we wanted and even could have imagined, but the flavors of our cake were absolutely amazing! We chose red velvet for 2 tiers, and marble with fudge filling for the other 2. Marie and her team did an incredible job with our wedding cake. She was super nice and took the time to walk us through everything. I would and will continue to trust her cakes for all events that occur in our lives.
