"This was my first time to a Hurts Donut Company. I’ve been to plenty other donut shops, so I expected this one to be like the others. I went to the Parker store, and when I walked in, it was very clean, good music playing, and I liked the signs in the store. I was greeted by Gunnar, the only person I saw working at the moment. He was incredibly professional and friendly. I had some questions that Gunnar answered without pause. My right leg was amputated, and I came in with my prosthetic leg. Seeing this, he offered to take the donuts to my truck before I even had a chance to figure out how I was going to navigate the stairs while holding an enormous box of donuts. Gunnar and this donut shop have earned a new repeat customer! Great job, Gunnar!"

"So I recently downloaded the app too good to go. You get a mystery bakery box. There was a little confusion the first time I went there. But Robert, the owner was kind enough to reach out to me and more than make it right. The selection was amazing. I have to admit it's a rarity nowadays to go to a donut shop where they actually make the donuts. This is a mom and pop shop that makes fresh daily donuts. It's a cool atmosphere and like I said the options are endless."
