Seriously dream come true!!! Maybe a tad dangerous to drive past everyday 😜 Eliza is a delightful soul who makes some amazing coffee, for great prices AND is an author whose books have captivated me! 🥰 Do yourself a favor, get a delicious drink, grab a book and soak it all in. "I am so happy we finally have a real coffee shop around! I have trouble finding coffee shops that actually pulls good shots and Eliza’s coffee is the best around! And to make it even better, she sells books! I love the concept and have already bought two. She has little bookmarks that tell you what the books are about to help you make a decision. "Such a cute idea! I'm a huge fan of coffee and books so this is right up my alley. The inside of the food truck (coffee truck?) was cute and clean, and the prices for coffees were very reasonable. I got a large latte ($5.50) and really appreciated that I could actually taste the coffee, as oftentimes lattes are overpowered by milk and feel more like a milk + some coffee rather than coffee + some milk, which wasn't the case here! I didn't buy a book this time, but the selection looked great. Also, Eliza's husband was there and shared the really cool detail that the coffee truck is powered entirely by an electric truck! This means that there's no super loud, obnoxious humming from a generator that usually powers these types of trucks. Makes for a much more relaxing, chill place to grab a coffee and browse for books! Eliza was fun to chat with and I'll definitely be visiting again. I'll also be checking out her books!"
