"Seriously fresh and fantastic coffee! The team at Rubicon are incredibly helpful and respond quickly if you have any questions or concerns. One of the things I appreciate most is how fresh their coffee is, each bag comes with a "Roasted On" date right on the label. The bag in my photo was roasted on June 5th, and I received it about a week later. You can really taste the difference when coffee is roasted to order. I also love that you can choose your grind style. Since I use a pour-over setup, they grind it perfectly for that method, which makes brewing so easy. I have to say, the Dark Skies Blend is probably my favorite coffee I’ve tried so far and I'm now trying a few other roasts as well. If you’re looking for good... no, great coffee that’s roasted fresh and delivered fast, you absolutely have to try Rubicon Coffee. Highly recommend!"
