"My review is for the kratom/extracts specifically as I don't have any experience dining in as I live in a different state.. That being said; Some of the best extracts I've ever had and reasonable prices as well. Came packaged very well with bubble wrap. Very good customer service as I had to contact the shop do to shipping concerns and he was very polite. The only negative thing that I will say, is the shipping is pretty slow. Unfortunately it took a few days for the order to be processed, then the label was created and took another day.. Then USPS seemed to have the package for awhile.. All in all, it took about 2 weeks to be shipped. I actually ordered from another vendor several days later and still received my product before I got my order from thatoneplace. But with that being said, thatoneplace has top notch quality, service, and professionalism. I do just wish the shipping were a little bit faster."
