"Worth stopping for all the yummy peach items. They have everything from boxes of fresh peaches to smoothies, cookies, soft serve, jam, honey, salsa, etc. everyone was super friendly and you can get samples. We got a sample of the corn and it was amazing so full of flavor no butter needed. They have salt or Montreal seasoning to put on it. We got some fresh smoked green peppers. They smell so good. Everything we got was super tasty. We got the soft serve the smoothie, peach latte, and a cookie 10 out of 10. Recommend this location. The peaches were a little bit tart. Plus we still have 10 more hours to drive and didn’t want them to sit in the car and get that can get a big box for $52 which had bigger beaches or a smaller box that was $30 or smaller peaches, same peaches, and same deliciousness everything was made fresh. definitely worth the stop. They had some outdoor seating and some little boxes painted by cows Christina helped us and made our smoothies. She was really sweet."

I also, more and more, have been getting the aromatherapy items they sell. Overall it's a great place to stop whether you are local or traveling through. ."

"We stopped at this local Peach Shack Market on our way out of Colorado on our way back to California when we had to fuel up. Wow, what a treat! I had heard about Palisade Peaches but had never tried one. It was a peach blueberry hand pie and it was the best peach pie I have ever enjoyed, hands down! Definitely recommend stopping by and grabbing a few locally handmade treats. You won’t be disappointed."

"Oh my, the peach pie and ice cream to dye for!! I'll be back to try other flavors! I took lots of pictures to show you what's inside! Hour is 7am to 8pm. They even had the sweet corn from across town there! They have coffee, pies (frozen or not), and other sweet and savory items! Lots of fruits! Lots of people to help! The sold wine in the back of the store! Wheel chairs are welcome! Parking my be tight for RVS. But you can park on the road. It's right off the highway!"

"After a long, hot work day all I wanted was some peach ice cream. I checked a couple places and nobody had anything! I'm cruising down the road towards the highway and I saw the Palisade Peach Shack. Surely this place must have ice cream? Peach ice cream, homemade from Palisade peaches? I pulled over, popped in and to my delight they not only had Peach, soft serve ice cream and they had free samples of cantaloupe, watermelon, and chips and salsa. As you can see from the pictures, they have several different types of ice cream, Hot and cold drinks, freshly picked peaches, pears, locally made salsas, syrups, jellies, chips, and pickled items, but wait, that's not all! Local artisans display their intriguing wares including jewelry, baking mixes, little aprons, and cute little odds and ends. The locally owned Peach Shack is a must stop when you are in Palisade Colorado, as this place has too many wonderful treasures to properly share in a review. Olathe sweet corn was sold out, however, there should be another delivery, the next day, so I popped in the following morning. The delivery truck had recently arrived from, Olathe, Colorado, so there was a plethora of sweet corn to be had. I purchased 12 ears and cannot wait to get home and dive in to this delightfully sweet, locally harvested corn. I doubt this load will make it through the day as there were people lined up to make their purchases, and the parking lot was packed! The staff is extremely accommodating, super polite, kind, and friendly. One very nice lady, I'm so sorry I didn't get her name, took a great deal of time answering all my questions and giving me ideas and advice. The above information isn't even the best part, as they have locally made Kombucha in Peach, Hibiscus,and Lavender!!!!! The peach was available for tasting and it was very subtle, not too sweet, and quite refreshing. Due to being sold out, it was not available in the refillable glass jugs, so I decided to take the lavender home which was an excellent choice on my part. As it is fabulously yummy. I suppose you could just pop grab a cone and then leave, however, because it was so much fun to peruse every nook and cranny, it took me over an hour to finalize my choices. Looking ahead to the holidays, The Peach Shack will be one of my first stops to fulfill my loved ones, Christmas wishes!"
