"This place was great. We come to town a few times a year and decided to try this place. Glad we did. Staff was beyond friendly. We ordered the chicken sandwich which was a great fried chicken sandwich. Plenty of pickles and flavor. The bulgogi was good. I always worry when a place has large variety of foods but this place knew what they were doing. The waffles were some of the best we've had and we pride ourselves on our own homemade waffles. The egg sandwich was also great. The Vietnamese coffee was spot on. This is ow a destination for us when we visit the hot springs. Highly recommend! A+! Did I mention that staff was great?"

"Absolutely the best breakfast in town. Always a great experience laughing with staff and eating delicious wonderful creations. You’ll want to try everything on the menu. They will make anything vegan or vegetarian as well. They roast their own coffee beans and have the best coffee in town as well. My wife and I live in Pagosa full time and are there for coffee almost every morning. They reopen from 2-6 for happy hour and dinner and yes, they have the best (and most creative) pizza in town too. They serve locally made beer and $5 cocktails. Along with the friendly staff and quick service, this place is a 5+ star restaurant. As a local, I am so happy the owners Bart and Christy are in this small town. They have created something truly unique and wonderful."

"I am so glad we found this place for breakfast. They have Thai-inspired breakfast items that are so delicious. The flavors are well chosen and combined perfectly in balance with each other. My wife had the avocado toast, and I ate the Bibimbap rice dish. It was to die for! The service is fantastic, very friendly, and helpful. The location itself is nice. I liked that they have wall art and crafts from local artisans to buy. They have a bunch of board games if you just want to hang out with friends. The matcha tea was the best I had in a long time. Must go in Pagosa Springs."

"Great food and really really nice staff! We came here based on reviews and local recommendations and were not disappointed. It didn't hurt that the waffles were something we don't see on menus that often. The food was fresh and hot and the atmosphere was really pleasant and our server was excellent. The coffee was really good and I actually got one for the road. We'll be back when we come through, for sure."

"Do yourself a favor and just go! Unique menu options, fresh food and fresh ingredients. Drinks are also phenomenal. We got the jasmine pitaya with boba and the matcha 😮‍💨 the Korean fried chicken bowl and BEALT was phenomenal. If they were closed the next two days, we’d be back here every morning for breakfast/brunch. Overheard another couple that had been here three days in a row— they got it right. P.S.
