"This place is so cool! The coffee shop is located in an old brick building which brings vintage-inspiring vibes. The inside is cute and quaint - keeping the brick structure in-tact (rather than modernizing it) - with a couple of tables, a cute barista counter, big bags of coffee beans, and complete with a beautiful vintage bean grinder. The menu is small but to the point. We got a matcha latte and a Bhakti chai. Both we're beyond excellent! The matcha is mellow and I can definitely taste the high quality ceremonial matcha used. The chai is "bitey" with a strong ginger flavor. It's refreshing! The barista was friendly and helpful! I would most definitely recommend this place!"

"Cimarron Coffee Roasters has become one of my favorite spots in Montrose, especially because of how good their beans are. The Courthouse roast in particular is fantastic, incredibly balanced, rich, and consistently great, and I love that they roast onsite. The staff is always friendly and genuinely passionate about coffee. They have even taken the time to help me dial in my espresso at home, and that kind of care really stands out. This is one of those places I always bring friends and family when they visit Montrose, and it never disappoints. And on top of all that, they've got a terrific hoodie."
