"Oh my goodness, these beignets are absolutely delicious! They’re incredibly fluffy and so good. The staff is always incredibly friendly and welcoming. I’ve been to Colorado Springs twice and have made it a point to visit this place at least once a day for a latte and these amazing beignets."

"We stopped by right after our hike, tired and starving, and these hot beignets were exactly what we needed. They came out fast, fresh, and perfectly sweet — just what you want after being out on the trail. The place was a bit busy, but that’s usually a good sign. The only downside was the staff — they seemed a bit dry and kind of annoyed, which took away from the friendly vibe. Still, the food made up for it. Warm, simple, and really hit the spot"

"We went there on Sunday morning, we had Beignets , Hot Chocolate and a Chocolate Millkshake. They were freshly made. The Staff was awesome. Please note this resturant is set up like it was in New Orleans. This definitely is a gem for people that would like to try something new for breakfast. Kudos to your staff, and to the person that was involved in planning the decorating of this resturant. I would recommend also getting the Beignets Bites. We ended up taking two orders to go and with Chocolate and Carmel Dipping Sauces."

"Went here for first time to try beignets and coffee. Beignets were good. Coffee was a good strong flavor. Got an iced latte and a Cajun drink. Both really good. Cashiers should ask if it’s your first time there. We didn’t know what to ask for. But overall it was a great place. Will go back!"
