"I am a frequent customer of this location, the drinks are always good, they come out fast, and the workers are nice, but on frequent occasions, there is a gap in my drinks. Around 1 inch is absent, which made my 24 oz drink hold the same that my 20oz drink did. This happens no matter the size, and happens too often for this place to be 5 stars for me."

"Was trying to rush me out of the drive thru. The girl at the window handed me the drink and I thought it was really light but I was in a hurry. When I opened the lid when I got to work this is what I saw. $8 for a drink that wasn’t even half full. That’s embarrassing."

However, on many occasions my drink will not be full when I receive it, with usually more than an inch of unoccupied space. Its disappointing when I order a 24 oz drink but really get 20 oz served in a larger cup."

"Coffee is always great and customer service is always so friendly! Tried the new cafe on Carlisle to give the food another try. (I have a Ziggi's by my house and didn't like the food there). The burritos are just not that fresh and pretty mushy with not much meat. Tortilla was brown and crunchy from sitting in warmer and blueberry scone was soft (should be crisp) and dry with no flavor. Sorry to say I'll have to stick to McDonald's or Starbucks for a quick breakfast in the future."
