"Regulars at Ziggis for years. Spend well over a hundred per month here… today decided to try adding my debit card on the Ziggis app… turns out you have to do a set amount so I did $20. Our balance was $20.01… barista asked if we wanted to add a tip on that. I said no, not this time… When my teenage son handed her the one penny for the remainder, she scoffed and tossed it in the tip jar…. Mind , I tip a percentage every time I go. I thought this was extremely tacky and off- putting. Was considering doing auto-reload, but now think I will not. The Split Rock store has been a better experience lately. Will continue to frequent that location."

"Our latest experience at Ziggi’s was disheartening and has almost likely lost our business. We have been frequent, loyal customers who stop in every time we’re in town and have spent a lot of money here, especially on the gluten free breakfast sandwiches. I ordered and paid for three drinks at the walk up window (with two sleeping babies in the car, I didn’t want to risk waking them in the drive-through). Despite a minimal wait ahead of me, I waited nearly 20 minutes—Google Maps shows I was there from 2:31 to 2:50. After I ordered, I watched two drive-through cars place larger, more complex orders, pay, and receive their drinks well before mine (and thats with 2 baristas!). It was clear my order was not a priority, and because of this delay, I ended up being late to an appointment. On top of that, the latte my husband received was so watery and bland that he had to go back and ask for it to be remade. Even the replacement was so diluted that he ended up throwing it away after just a few sips. This was an extremely poor experience from start to finish. For a business we’ve supported consistently and recommended to others (friends and family that are local) , it was very disappointing."

"It's very rare that I go outside my Norm but I tried their pumpkin latte and it met my expectations. This is my favorite go-to coffee place. the staff is always been nice and they're very knowledgeable. I guess they have to be but I've asked them questions about what a drink might have in it and they're really good at explaining without any hesitation. I love Ziggy so if anybody out there reads this who knows me I'll take Ziggy gift cards for christmas."

"Today was a very sad day for me. When I pulled up to get my beverage Jennifer the manager noticed I was upset and bought my drink. I came back later and the other sweet girl who was there earlier too said they bought my drink again. I felt so much empathy from these 2 amazing women who I know felt my pain and I am humbled and grateful for my experience today.
