"I waited yesterday for 10 minutes trying to get a smoothie while waiting for a ride, during the posted business hours with the open signs on and someone in the building. Not only did I not get a smoothie while waiting, but they never even opened up the window to ask if I was a customer or wanted to place an order at all. I usually love the smoothies there, but that was a moment that makes me question what kind of business they're really running there or if it's worth going back at all."
