"Here are the facts as I see them. 1. I like supporting Ziggi as it is locally owned. 2. I have AT&T wireless, which does not work well in the drive-thru line. The store's WiFi requires a password. Sad. I can never get the app to work. 3. Checking out with a credit/debit card takes way more steps than SB. 4. Coffee is not as good as SB, just my opinion. Suggestions Take the password off the Wi-Fi Make credit/debit card checkout once step, just tap, like SB Streamline your app so it is simple to use. Sorry but again like SB"

"Great selection of drink types. I'm not a coffee drinker so I can't comment on that. But, they do have some snacky items that are gluten free and you can get sugar-free versions of many of their drinks. Largest selection I've ever seen. It's expensive but everywhere is these days. They would do well to fancy up the inside and make it more like a Starbucks or any place you'd want to go and hang, but as it is, it just looks like a fast food restaurant."

"Why a 2? I’m a mocha person and have tried them in almost every shop in the longmont area. First impressions of this location was good, but now I have to say they are very inconsistent in how they make this drink. Last one was one of the worst I’ve had. Consistency brings repeat business. Not this location."
