"Great service, very affordable. After being quoted ~$3500 at the dealership for several issues, I brought it here. Upon inspection, I was informed that half of the things the dealership requested I fix were not issues and did not require fixing (at least not for a few years/few thousand miles). The main issue I brought the car in for was fixed at a fraction of the cost. They also found things that the dealership neglected to even check for that would’ve resulted in bigger issues had they not been fixed. They saved me ~$2500 overall and were very transparent and honest about what needed fixing. Aside from that, it was diagnosed and fixed within 2 days. "Great experience. The staff are warm and welcoming - which is nice - I mean nobody wants to go to the car repair shop but when it happens, a pleasant first encounter is a good start. The problem with my car ended up being some after market gadget a previous owner had fitted and they persistently trouble shot the problem until it was resolved, kept me informed on progress, and in the end, spent less money than we agreed might be required. The Lube and Latte team pulled me back there to show and then the wonderful guy back there gently got the piece out by tapping it with a chisel and mallet. Saved me on a very costly repair.
