"One of the best rosters in Denver. Found her at a farmers market. Not as flashy or well known as many of the other local rosters (Corvus, Pangea, Sweet Bloom). I’d put them on par with Gabee in Boulder, with respect to the end product, although less diverse or known than Gabee - still high esteem! I have the medium roast buena vista right now and every time I open the bag I get lost in the sweet aroma. The bag I bought had been roasted the previous day - freshness is certainly not a concern. As with all good roasters they work directly with the farmers. You also get a whole 16oz bag…pretty rare these days. They dont have a store front, although you can contact them directly to arrange a local pickup in Lakewood. The best place to quickly sample multiple roasts is at a farmers market…or call them. I hope more coffee drinkers find them!"
