"Atmosphere is great and very welcoming. Maybe they had an off day but ordered 2 drinks 1 hot and 1 iced, the iced drink was made pretty quickly but the Cortado I ordered took 12 minutes to make. No idea why because the 4 people already sitting around the shop already had their drinks/food."

"I paid $10 for a potato burrito bowl. What I received was beyond disappointing - it’s a small cup at best. Frozen tater tots, not actual potatoes as advertised. The entire dish tastes like canned Rotel. I even asked two separate staff questions about the ingredients before ordering - and neither could answer a single question. Extremely overpriced, false advertising, low quality food, and low quality service. My only compliment is the staff was friendly. I rarely leave bad reviews, but god this place was disappointing considering its overall high review score. These customers must be used to getting ripped off. I hope management takes this seriously."
