"My family is all out-of-state, and I wanted to gift them something unique to Colorado. This place was highly recommended. I ended up rushing in just before closing on the Saturday before Christmas to buy gifts. Staff was super patient with offering recommendations given that it was closing time and I had no idea what to ask for. I ended up having a wonderful cup of coffee myself, and I felt really good about my selections. I love how the bags are so beautiful and clearly labeled as being from Denver - perfect for gifting. Even though this is a bit of a drive from downtown, I plan to return when I have more time to hang out and enjoy the ambience. It's a really cool spot."

"A wonderful space to see how the roasters work and taste amazing coffee, but keep in mind this is a working roastery. The tasting room is open to the roasters, so there will be constant background noise and (wonderful) smells. Seating is limited, power sources are not available, and they sell a variety of coffee supplies such as grinders, brewers, filters, etc. As expected, tasting room menu offers classic espresso drinks, cold brews, and all their current beans as pour overs. Tea from Spirit Tea, kombucha, and various baked goods from Rebel Bread are offered as well. Had the Winter Bloom pour over and it was delicious! Great balance and nutty-cocoa notes came through as advertised."

"Awesome coffee shop! Love the variety of coffee drinks and pastries. We've been here before to try it out. Service great and drinks were delicious. We had espresso. This time we ordered the Matcha, Chia tea and Latte. All three were delicious. This place has a Seattle, European feel to it. The Baristas are very knowledgeable and friendly. I have to warn you this place gets crazy busy! I wish they would open one near the Southwest Denver/Littleton area. It's worth the trip!"

"Down-to-earth, authentic and intentional hospitality was top tier. Nothing about the interaction seemed "fake". Barista with a grey palm tree hat gave us a detailed breakdown of every single coffee that they had on the shelf! Extremely patient and personable, we were surprised to discover he was not the manager. Easily one of the best tasting cups of batch brew coffee I've ever had in my life. Looking into the subscription service we were told about today on top of all of that! Next time we are in Denver, we know where we will be heading as soon as we land!"
