"Great service, coffee, and outdoor seating. The vegan scramble here was decent. The scramble obviously wasn’t created with vegans in mind (and you can’t blame them for that), since when it’s modified to remove the eggs it is very small. That said, the server really made every effort to elevate the meal, adding avocado and even lowering the price to account for the smaller portion size. I have never been to a single restaurant that offered to lower the price like this, and it was very much appreciated. This is an outstanding example of how a restaurant can help people with diets that are outside of their core customer base."

"My family and I loved the Back Country Cafe SO much! The staff were friendly, service was great and the food was amazing. We ordered the burrito with chorizo, juevos rancheros, a burger/fries and blueberries pancakes with eggs and sausage. Ended with the most delicious cinnamon rolls that they warmed up for us! We ate every bite and are going to try to return when we drive through on our way home. Well done! Thanks for an amazing, relaxing meal! 👏"

"Monique was our server, she was very nice and helpful with menu suggestions! Cinnamon roll was delicious and not overly sweet just well balanced. Chicken and waffles was very good! Crispy chicken/not dry and the waffle was light crispy outside and fluffy inside. Scrambled eggs were actually cooked well(most places overcooked them) and the blueberry pancakes were also delicious. Definitely coming back to try more of the menu!"
