"Ziggi’s Cafe provides a cozy and comfortable atmosphere, ideal for studying or working, with plenty of seating and a relaxed vibe. The salted caramel latte with oat milk, however, was disappointing—it didn’t taste fresh and lacked the rich coffee flavor I was expecting. On a positive note, the Danish cheese with cherry was tasty, though it was a bit too oily for my liking. While the environment is inviting, the food and drink quality could use some improvement to fully match the pleasant ambiance."

"The manager this morning was completely out of line and should not be working in customer service. I ordered two kids’ drinks, and she asked if I wanted them hot, iced, or blended. When I said iced, she immediately told me she couldn’t do iced — then why even ask? Her tone was rude and her attitude was unacceptable. Terrible experience."

"This is for the Ziggy's on 10th. We've been here multiple times both through the drive through as well as in the dining area. The interior space is nice, clean and open with plenty of tables along with 4 big cushy chairs in the middle. The service at this location has always been very good. Staff have always been both friendly and helpful. That alone makes it worthwhile to come here if you're gonna make a coffee stop. The drinks are similar to most any other coffee shop out there. You'll see the usual coffee drinks, regular coffees, etc. And they always have a few seasonal selections. Overall they have a good variety of both hot and cold drinks. The prep and quality is always good and consistent at this location. I definitely prefer their drip and other coffee drinks over some of the other chains. No acrid burnt taste etc. Overall I highly recommend Ziggy's for both a drip coffee or if you're in the mood, one of their specialty coffee drinks."
