The associate told the story to her supervisor and the hotel decided to comp a bear for him and delivered it to us in the lobby. This was such a nice act of kindness."

"A good place to get coffee and a quick morning bite to eat. Note that this is in the Colorado Hotel and they typically have one staff member on duty. FIFO on the orders but they worked hard to serve everyone quickly :)"
