"This place knows how to roast! I prefer my coffee fully cooked dark roast. Most roasters over-cook and burn the beans with a charcoal bitterness. Like barely over-cooking popcorn, just a little over-cooked ruins the batch. Aspen Street's dark roast is fully cooked to strong perfection without the charcoal bitter."
