"The girl that took our order was incredibly disengaged. It was our first time visiting, and our last time visiting. While the inside of your establishment was quaint, the service killed the entire vibe. The cashier was so far removed that you should think about having the face of your customer service be a bit more cheerful. You could tell she did not want to be there and she made us feel the same way. She didn’t ask how we were, she wasn’t welcoming by any stretch of the imagination, and when I told her what I would like for my coffee, she just looked at me without s word and continued ringing it in. I am myself run a coffee shop and I would be embarrassed having her as the ‘face’ of my service. Awful experience."

"I can’t speak highly enough about how incredible Lima is! Everyone is so sweet, attentive, and kind. I’ve never not been greeted with smiles! Jackson always makes the BEST lattes and is SO accommodating to my needs! They put so much time and effort into their roast and space and it shows. And not to mention, the swan latte art was such a pretty cherry on top of the customer service. Support local :)"

"Latte was good but not hot enough. GF cheesy bites were good. Very Limited drink menu. Parking is horrible... like really bad. Place is very cold inside and not cozy at all. Couch isn't comfortable .. need pillows and the place has no warmth and not inviting. Most of the tables were taken with college students doing laptop work so slow turn over for place to sit. Too many places to go in this town that are more happy and have a good vibe."

"I can't say enough good things about Lima Coffee Roasters. I've had a lot of espresso in my life, and the double shot of their Isabel beans is easily some of the best I've ever had. It was incredibly floral with absolutely no bitterness whatsoever—just a perfectly clean and bright shot. I also tried a cortado made with their 11:11 beans. While it was a fine drink, it didn't quite blow me away like the straight espresso did. My wife had a chai latte and she was very happy with it, noting that it was perfectly spiced and not overly sweet. The vibe inside is very cool and trendy. On a Saturday morning, the line was all the way to the door and there was no parking available, but after tasting that Isabel espresso, I completely understand why. This place is a gem, and I will definitely be back to buy some of those Isabel beans to try making espresso at home."

"Wonderful little coffee shop in midtown Fort Collins. I had the flat white and it was perfect. My wife and daughter had hot chocolates with whipped cream and sprinkles and enjoyed them very much. The pastries were amazing! We had the croissant with chocolate. Definitely check this coffee shop out! Enjoy!"
