"This is a beautiful setting with all items made gluten free, no questions need be asked. The pastries and sandwiches are delightful, the chai can use a little help. The quaint environment attracts a bright and vibrant audience of people discusses ideas, working remotely, and enjoying this beautiful spot in the heart of Old Town. I’ve enjoyed my time here. You can also purchase nice stickers, shirts and portraits as memorabilia from Lory State park or horse tooth hiking experiences to remember your time in Fort Collins. It’s also very close to the main bus terminal that offers rides to most of the surrounding areas and access to the Bustang bus pick up as well that runs north to south in Colorado for as little as $10 a trip."

"I am a coffee snob, and I usually always go into ordering a latte thinking I won’t like it but here they surprised me! I ordered the special latte which was dark chocolate cherry, and it was fantastic. It was hot and perfectly balanced. The gluten free donut has a different taste to it, but I enjoyed it. The staff made a lot of mistakes with orders while we were there. I would come back to get a coffee and try other items. It’s wonderful to have so many gluten free options."

"I’m still dreaming about this place! We had the great fortune to order 2 focaccia breads moments before they closed for the day. As I took my first bite, I knew we had stumbled upon gluten free greatness. Even my family, who can eat gluten, loved the bread. I wish we had gotten there earlier so we could have gone back in to order more. We had traveled up to Fort Collins for a day trip to check out CSU so we weren’t able to go back the next day. I’m selfishly hoping my child picks CSU just so I can return to Explorado Market every time we visit. This place is a must!"

"This is a tough one because many of their food products are really good, but I seldom go there because it's rarely a good experience. The parking situation sucks if all you want is to grab something real quick. Often what I go there for is sold out for the day. If I get lucky and it's not, the wait is still a long time. Even for simple stuff. Top it off with the fact that they aren't very friendly and the vibe of the whole place is pretentious. Some good food if you are willing to tolerate all the rest."

"Explorado has hands down the best gluten-free food I’ve ever had. Not “good for gluten-free”… just good, period. Everything is homemade, intentional, and actually satisfying, which is nearly impossible to find when you have dietary restrictions. It has officially become my favorite eatery in Colorado so far. If they opened a location in Loveland, I’d basically live there. High-quality ingredients, amazing flavors, and the kind of vibe that makes you feel like you’ve finally found your place to eat without stress. Fort Collins, you’re lucky, the rest of us are jealous."
