"Consistency has improved. Back to five stars! I love this place!! Update: so unfortunately we have been having a little issue with consistency lately so i have dropped my review to 4 stars for the time being. Our bagels have had an excessive amount of cream cheese on them rather consistently and our drink ratios have been off almost everytime we have come lately and I have had to have them remade. Really a bummer because the consistency was one of the biggest perks to eating here! Looking forward to better consistency in the future i would love to be able to move back up to 5 stars because this is truly our favorite place to eat breakfast!!! Love this place! One of my favorite breakfast spots. The staff is friendly, the food is amazing!! There is an occasional miscommunication, which mentioned in my previous review, but management addressed it prompty and they have adjusted accordingly. This shows me that they truly care about your experience being a good one which is what customer service is all about!! 10/10 I highly recommend to other people!!"

"Great service and atmosphere. The smoothie was decent and the kolache was terrible my most recent trip, but I’ve had other drinks there that are great, like the matcha. Baristas were friendly and relaxed. I got lots of work done as it’s a quiet, cozy spot."
