I have AuDHD so I have food issues and receiving the sandwiches like this ruins the ability to eat for me as stupid as it is. I would just say care a little more :( no one would be happy receiving this."

"I'm a regular at this location. I did a mobile order for my usual Loconut but forgot to add heavy cream. When I pulled up to the window the sweet barista asked if I meant to leave it out. When I said no, she quickly added it in for me. Such a small gesture but really made my day that she remembered that small detail. Excellent customer service."

"Dirty sodas are good but I requested extra cherries in one of our drinks, they didn't give us any! I PAID FOR IT, paid the extra fee and DIDN'T GET EXTRA CHERRIES. Who does that? Disappointing."
