What People Are Saying
from Google & Yelp"We got here early and got before the rush. The workers were so sweet!! They had many recommendations. I will say it is pricey but worth the experience in itself. I had a hot oatmilk latte and the happy camper bagel. Unfortunately my husband's bagel was burnt and we were too shy to go up. But it was so worth the beautiful views, the ducks, and the beautiful fall weather! So beautiful!"
"We got here at about 9:30 On a Tuesday morning before Thanksgiving. It was pretty busy so we waited in line to order food and coffee. As we neared the front of the line I noticed there was no seating available in the dining area. There were also lots of boxes in a corner in the dining area. It was too chilly to sit outside. We just got coffee and decided to go and enjoy breakfast where one doesn’t have to wait in a long line. We ordered an extra shot in the latte but it was not noticeable. Lovely location and great that kids can feed the ducks but probably better to get here earlier if you are not a fan of standing in line."
"Cute little coffee shop with outdoor seating; rock benches & tables (Hence the name!) along the river in Estes Park. We had croissant sandwiches with our lattes. Great ambiance!"
"As long-standing visitors of Estes Park, we’ve always gone to one particular coffee shop. Lately though, the coffee hasn’t been as good and the wait has been way too long, so I decided to check out Coffee on the Rocks based on the positive reviews online and from people we know. It definitely did not disappoint. The coffee is top notch, an A+ in my book…and the speed at which they make it is also on point. I almost took away a star because during one visit they skipped forward through a Journey song, which is definitely a no-no for me, but I decided to let it slide… for now. They have a great selection of specialty lattes, and the deck ambience is hard to beat. You can feed the ducks, spot some deer, and just enjoy the wildlife along the river while you sip your coffee. We have for sure found our new coffee spot for our Estes Park visits going forward."
"Coffee on the Rocks in Estes Park has quickly become a favorite spot for my wife and me. The two sisters are incredibly kind and genuine, and you can tell they’re building their business on honesty, warmth, and consistent service. We’ve been in twice now, and both times their positive energy has been just as good as the coffee itself. The drinks are absolutely delicious, and the treats we enjoyed today were fresh and so satisfying. Sitting by the pond with the ducks while we sipped our coffee was the perfect, peaceful way to start the day."
