"Wanted a coffee and some easy breakfast on our way back from gypsum to denver and found this little gem! super cute and intimate little shop with yummy coffee, great bagels, and perfectly balanced handheld breakfast burritos. My girlfriend is a chef herself and loved the burritos so much we took a few home with us. We even got some music recommendations from the gentlemen behind the counter! 😊 Not far off the freeway. Can't recommend enough."

"I love this place! I swung in for a quick bite eager to hit the road again. I ended up staying because the atmosphere and staff were great. The whole cafe has a super cozy and broken in vibe. My sandwich was absolutely amazing too. Just a heads up there’s not a ton of inside seating, I ended up sitting outside. So probably not the place to hang out on a cold day if it’s busy. Still, would totally recommend if you are swinging into Eagle"
