"Line out the door at 9:30 on. Friday morning was my first hint I picked a good place. Sat outside in the cool rain under the covered sidewalk. Hubby eats what he wants on vacation and he got the chicken fried steak. Couldn’t finish it all. Potato cakes, eggs, biscuits AND gravy on top! We weren’t even halfway done with our coffee when the food arrived! Great service, recs, and vibe."

"Probably the best breakfast spot in Durango. There is usually a wait but it’s worth it. The staff is friendly, the food is quick and high quality. All of the Benedict’s are excellent (the southwest is probably my favorite), but honestly everything is tasty."
