from Google"Stopped by here after visiting Mesa Verde and honestly the best Pho we’ve ever had! We moved to Colorado from Atlanta and haven’t had beef pho comparable to Min-Tea’s. They only have pho served from Friday- Sunday but they had some on New Year’s Day (Thursday) as an exception. Delicious! My husband said he would drive all the way here from Denver if only to get food from here again 😂 staff was also very friendly and kind! 5/5 for everything from us!"
"Went in expecting to get a decent bahn mi to start a day of hiking since we were passing through town on a non-pho day. Did not expect to have the best bowl of beef pho I've had stateside. The soup was so rich and flavorful, perfect level of sweetness and all the right spices / aromatics. Didn't even reach for the provided Hoisin or Sriracha. The beef rib meat was super tender and fell off the bone. Grilled beef bahn mi was also amazing - bread was fresh and the beef was perfectly marinated and tender. I'll be looking for more excuses to travel in this area just so I can start or finish the day with another bowl of pho from here. Literally nothing I'd change about our meal here, other than taking a better picture of the food before digging in!"
"The food in Cortez isn't great. I had given up hope. Then I tried this place and it healed the hole that cortez created in my food soul. I got the Beef Pho, a special, and it absolutely brings every flavor I would hope for. Deep bone brothy flavor with a wonderful balance of herbs and spices. The noodles were perfectly cooked, and the Thai tea I got was perfect. I also got a basket of fries and popcorn chicken and it had amazing flavor, without being too oily, and you must get the coconut dipping sauce. I'll be back before I leave!"
"Amazing gem! If you’re looking for fresh, delicious food—look no further! Loved that there are Vegetarian, Vegan, and GF options. Staff was incredibly kind and mindful of what we ordered (asking if it was ok that the tofu I ordered was cooked on surfaces that had touched meat and same with the GF bun my partner ordered). So glad a place like this exists in Cortez! Thanks for a lovely meal. Clean. Elegant. Quick. Delicious. We ordered a Taro milk tea and it is THE BEST! Highly highly recommend that flavor. Wow. We also got a pineapple slush which was nice too (we just really were digging the taro). 50% sweet was perfectly sweet but not overbearing. Can’t imagine getting the 100% or 125%! The Grilled Steak sandwich was awesome—even the GF bun was good (which, iykyk, can be hit or miss with gf items). Was able to get a tofu vermicelli bowl. All phenomenal. Got the Egg Drop soup and it was clearly homemade, unique, and DELICIOUS. We tried a friend’s Pho and the broth was so so yummy. Definitely highly recommend and we’ll be back! This and Agave Azul will now be our 2 go-to restaurants in the area. Small dine in space, best for couples or there is 1 table for a group of 4. Otherwise, just 2-seaters—take out if you have more in your party. For 2 drinks, 1 soup, and 2 mains it was about $50. Seemed reasonable and good portions."
"Great little spot. Delicious food & drinks. Customer service is some of the best I’ve had in awhile. Would definitely recommend to anyone visiting Cortez."
