"A giant THANKS to Grady White, Eli, and everyone else at Kokopelli this past Thursday. Four days into the hut-to-hut ride to Moab my friend Rob’s rear hydraulic brake went out. Nothing we could do to field repair. We were in the middle of nowhere between Redvale, Bedrock, Egnar areas. We talked w Eli on the phone for about 5 minutes. About half an hour later he called to say Grady White was en route w about bleed kit and replacement brake. Grady attempted to bleed the defective brake (cost-conscious) and we found that to not work. He replaced the brake outright in about 30 minutes. We were in the middle of nowhere in the only patch of shade trees about 2 hours away from Cortez. Grady was professional, patient, thorough. What a great young man and what a great shop! Top-notch customer service!"

"Helped make a stressful couple days better! Had a vehicle break down in the area, rented a couple bikes, they helped size them and gave us what turned out to be a great trail recommendation. The next day when dropping our car off at the shop they were more than willing to let us keep our bags there while we took the car to the shop and then came back to return our rentals and get our bags. Customer service was great & gave us something to do on what would have been an otherwise boring couple of days."
