"Horrible!!!!!!!!! Don’t waste your money! They have gone downhill. You can look at my photos and decide for yourself The donuts and everything were over cooked! I was eating a hockey puck! I threw the rest in the TRASH! Drove across town wasted my gas and my time for nasty donuts. Horrible !!!! No excuse. Customer service has a huge attitude. Please train your employees to treat their customers with respect. I got an attitude from your female employee on Sunday, November 2, 2025. I didn’t order an over fried donut that was super hard. They have better donuts at King Soopers. When your employees answers the phone they should say “Good Morning, thank you for calling Shipley’s” Still waiting for the manager to call to give me my money back! This was very unacceptable food and unacceptable food service. Attention : 👇👇👇👇👇 A general manager definitely needs to come check the store out"

"Tasty donuts. Clean shop, with lots of fresh options. All the diabeetus that you could ever want. We grabbed $1.99 bags of mini donut holes for a quick dessert. Super easy, barely an inconvenience!"

"Grew up eating Shipley’s Kolaches and Glazed donuts and unfortunately this store just can’t get it right. Ate here for the 4th time this morning, and the store staff was inside but hadn’t opened yet 5:10am, sign said 5:00. I returned 30 min later and got my kolaches and all three had most of the cheese baked out of the dough. Shipley’s is nostalgic for me so I’ll probably go back but this definitely isn’t the place I grew up on. Disappointing!!"
