"Sweetener is extra 😂 Just had a really adorable conversation where I learned the reason for my matcha latte (priced at 6.75 on the menu) rang up at $8.13 is because it has honey. I asked if it was standard to charge for sugar and honey and was told yes “because it’s an extra cost for them.” It’s a cost for every coffee shop, but all the others offer standard sweeteners without an extra charge. And if you were offering me something you consider a nonstandard sweetener, why did you not share that there would be an associated up charge?"
