What People Are Saying

from Google

"Ate here while shopping at Scheels. Pizza tasted like cardboard. Worse than Chuck E. Cheese or little Caesars. Whole family got food poisoning as well. Don’t eat here"

"Great workers here. A Barista named Jayde I think was very helpful in getting me my fudge and jerky. She also made me a custom drink that wasn't on the menu and it was delicious. I will say that the spiced apple steamer was disgusting. The Oat milk mixed with the apple cider concentrate made the milk curdle please for love of everything holy take it off the seasonal menu."

"I come here often for a drink or food and one of their employee’s lied right to my face on telling me some of their coffee equipment was not functional and my order could not be completed. I asked this employee to double check… to my amazement both of the blenders worked perfectly fine. Concern was brought up to a supervisor informing her that I was mislead by this individual by either lack of commitment or intentional laziness and her response was he would never do anything malicious… instead of actually deescalating it the supervisor pushed it into my face as if I was the one being unreasonable by even thinking such a thing."

"Melted ice cream from Ginna’s cafe - won’t do that again. When Scheels first opened, I loved taking my kids for Little Man ice cream in the cafe, sometimes even when we didn’t need to shop for anything in the store (and then we’d end up shopping anyway). The staff was always friendly and the deal on the kids scoop was the best deal on quality ice cream in town. Sometimes the staff would even give a kids scoop price to us parents, or even a free scoop, just to be nice. My wife and I took our 12-year-old daughter and 9-year-old son there for ice cream yesterday and ordered 4 single scoops. We were charged for 4 single scoops at $4/each (no offer of a kids scoop discount) and the young woman serving us scooped me and my son half-melted cookie dough ice cream from the top of a tub, rather than scooping still-frozen ice cream from the middle, and then offered me a cup to go with my cone because she knew that it would drip everywhere. At those prices and with that service, I guess it’s back to Josh and John’s."

"Drove 1 1/2 hours from SE Aurora, intending to have pizza, then shop at Scheel's. Website says cafe closes at 9pm. Nothing was said about the deli part closing at 7:30! Arrived at 7:45pm because we depended on hours being correct. Yeah, the cafe was open if you want nothing but ice cream and fudge for dinner. Left without shopping and Burger King accommodated us in their lobby, despite the lobby being technically closed. Update your website!"
