"I was genuinely excited for open mic night. waited 30+ minutes for a single drip coffee. No I’m not joking. Owners check your cameras. I’m the only person who ordered. Took 20 minutes before I even heard beans grinding. Had to go up to the counter after 15 minutes and was told the coffee is coming. Another 10 minutes goes by and the guy tells me it’s still coming. Please for the love of god hire someone who knows how to make a coffee. I get that you guys are new but it shouldn’t take this long to make a batch of coffee. The actual coffee itself was burnt, I had to return it and it’s freezing inside. I was waiting for open mic night and had to leave because of how cold it was."
