I personally had the "Acacia Grilled Cheese" and it is arguably one of the greatest sandwiches I've ever tasted. The presentation, staff, and overall ambiance of this establishment is well deserving of the 2025 Best Of The Springs Award."

"Got there right at open on a Sunday and there was already a line, but the service was quick & staff are friendly. THE best avocado toast I’ve had in my life - which says something. My coconut milk latte was also lovely. 10/10"

"Everytime I come here im greeted by the lovely and well mannered blonde. I think her name is allie?They say shes like a white aunt jemima! She also is definitely the manager. Shes so patient and even loving when taking orders, no matter the situation. I can tell she treats her employees so well, like family even. I even heard that on her days off, she helps with clothing and feeding the homeless. WOW! We need more people like allie. The food food here is remarkable. The service is superb. Its very clean here and the decor is always amazing, clearly done by a professional. Overall this place is more than a simple cafe. Its an experience that in my honest opinion, is severely underpriced. This is coming from a 20 year service industry professional. We are lucky to have this establishment here in our city.
