"I've been here twice now, the first time my coffee was good, this time it was great. I was greeted immediately, & there was no one ahead of me. I glanced at their whole bean selection & was bummed they didn't have 100% Kona that was a Dark Roast. There were people having coffee & chatting at their tables. Both visits I ordered a Large Three Waves, add 1 espresso kick & Breve. The flavor of this latte is outstanding. A perfect blend of caramel, macadamia & coconut. This is my FAVORITE coffee & my coffee was ready very quickly! Such a cool place that gives a total Hawaiian vibe in Colorado!!!!"

"Decent coffee house for grab and go. Coffee was good, the seating and atmosphere are just ok. There's some wet benches outside, and too much AC for my taste inside. Seems tailored more towards the takeout crowd as they only had disposable cups even for coffee in."

"Placed two online orders. The first one the ice was completely melted or was never even added and I arrived 3 minutes after it was scheduled. Ice doesn't melt that fast... The second order I ordered a chai and when I went to pick it up they told me they were out of chai and a refund would go back on my card. I was never offered a receipt of said refund and I don't know why it even let me order it in the first place if they are out. Good management keeps up with what is in stock and will adjust online availability accordingly. Very disappointed but not really surprised. Will be going to Drip Coffee up the road from this location as its locally owned and has much better food and drinks. Update: I don’t know who is in charge of their customer service department however they need a fat raise. 5 minutes after my review I was contacted for a free chai in the future and a credit. I maybe have been a little over dramatic but sometimes a sweet treat seems like life or death in the moment."
