"Horrible customer service. Arrived 2 mins. before they closed to get me a little pick me up. Pulled up in the drive through and the lady was very rude and said sorry we are closed at 5. Okay well it's 4:58 and technically you're not closed. All she said was sorry. Instead of taking one drink order and making the company some money and a customer happy they just lost a customer's business at this location which is a shame. Also where is the compassion? Pretty sad."

"I stopped by Ziggi’s and had an amazing iced sugar-free mocha—it was delicious! My pup, Finney, got a pup cup and absolutely loved it. The staff was super friendly, making the experience even better. Definitely a great spot to grab a drink and enjoy a welcoming atmosphere!"

"My new favorite coffee venue of all times! Everyday I am more and more impressed by the drinks and food here! The raspberry truffle and the toffee nut lattes are my go to drinks right now! I recommend them both hot! Absolutely mind blowing - so full of flavor and you also get a chocolate covered coffee bean with each order. Today, we tried the egg and cheese breakfast burrito and that is a must try item also! The more I drive around the more locations I see! If you are near a Ziggi’s, I highly recommend stopping by and grabbing a drink or bite to eat here! Remember to ask for a water also! You will get a sustainable Agave straw to sip it down! Hands down one of my newest coffee venues to go to! Never disappoints and really nice staff to take your order!"

"The first time I went this place was the bomb and was so glad they opened! The next time I ordered an iced coffee, and it was more ice than drunk. Disappointing. Next order was via their app. Waited 10 min, went to pick up and they had just ignored my order. I finally just left and decided the seven bucks wasn't worth dealing with them. Deleted the app. Today it was cold and figured I'd give them one more chance as I was craving a mocha. 3:00 in the afternoon and they were closed with a blocked off drive-thru. Not sure what's going on at this location but three other people pulled in right after me and we all had to make u-turns and leave. Their online hours show they should be open."
