"Always a good experience. It feels local, the staff is welcoming and accommodating. Ryan made me an attempt at a tonic coffee. I appreciate them going above and beyond, and even if I didn't like it they'd replace it with something else."

"The workers at this Ziggi’s are normally very polite, but they consistently get my order wrong. I always order a 24oz drink, but almost every time I end up with a 20oz drink. I am extremely frustrated about never getting the size drink I want, I don’t normally have time to go back through the drive through and have them fix it so I normally end up discontent with the drink that I have."

"We go here often, the employees are sweet, both in store and drive thru and the atmosphere is great, but they get me and my family's orders wrong 8/10 times. I actually find this is an issue with nearly all Ziggi's locations, i wonder if it's a system issue? There just has to be a way to fix this, when talking about how good Ziggi's is to my peers, it always comes up in conversation that "Its so good, if they get my order correct" or "Oh yeah haha I go there because the coffee is good, but they usually get my drink wrong" for it seems multiple locations. Ziggi's is the best tasting coffee place in CO in my opinion, so I hope they manage to fix this issue."

"Love this location! The team is always so nice and accommodating to annoying drink requests :) They do have a bit of a wait sometimes, but I’d rather wait for a good drink with kind people helping me than other places that are less personable. A++ to these guys!"

"I have been here before and when the owner is here, the service and quality is fantastic. However, today I went middle of day around 12:30 and it was horrible experience. I have a multitude of allergies, dairy, soy, gluten, etc and when ordering and making allergy requests and clean equipment request, the girl on the intercom was screaming, refusing to follow cross contact and food preparation protocols requested by me. Additionally, she threatened me at the window and I didn’t even get my order as it wasn’t safe to do so for my physical safety as well as medical needs. Super disappointed. I hope management fires the girl. She had acrylic nails, tan phone case with sticker in top right corner, fake lashes, black hair, and was wearing a black crewneck. I have a picture of her but it won’t let me upload it. She is incredibly hostile, aggressive, and dangerous."
