"The cashier was very friendly, but unfortunately I cannot say the same about the barista. Even though we ordered to have our drinks in, she insisted on giving us a paper cup. When we asked for proper cups, she reacted with an unfriendly attitude and seemed annoyed. This does not really fit with the café’s concept of presenting itself as environmentally friendly."
