"A nice looking coffee bar, but unfortunately the coffee does not match the nice buildout and equipment in this shop. Our cappuccinos were served in 12 oz. cups—the first red flag, because there is too much room for milk and foam for a cappuccino, which should be served in a 6-8 oz. cup. The second red flag was that they were out of low-fat milk. Even if your manager fails to manage your essential product inventory (milk), is it too much effort for someone to drive to the grocery store or have low-fat milk delivered? The oat milk alternative this shop offered has a distinct taste that does not go well with coffee. We threw our expensive Gracia Coffee cappuccinos in the nearest trash can and walked to Boxcar Coffee Roasters where they know how to make a cappuccino."
