from Google"I wish they had more options for non-dairy milks. They only had whole milk and 2% milk. If they do have other milk options, they never made it known anywhere and most places ask you what type of milk you want. Also my hot chocolate had barely any cocoa powder in it so it didn't really taste chocolatey. It was weird because I needed to repeat my order about three times too even though I ordered one item directly off the menu."
"I don’t know what I expected, considering the reviews this place had, but I thought I would give it a try. I paid $8 for a “milk tea” that should have just been called “milk” because it literally has no flavor. The boba is the best part of the drink, but not worth an extra $.75. Very highly do not recommend! The barista was very nice though, not her fault the milk teas suck."
"Got a passionfruit boba, and it was not good. It had really strong, sweet fake syrup. I took one sip and did not like it. I got back in line and apologized to the cashier and told her I did not like the drink. I gave it back to her and asked if I could have a refund, she said no. I then asked if I could have lemonade instead. She wanted to charge me for the lemonade, after she had just taken back a drink I paid $8 for and had one sip of."
"I went to this coffee shop to get an oat milk cappuccino. I ordered my drink and they made it with whole milk instead of oat. I sent the drink back, kindly asking them to remake it with the right milk, and instead of remaking it right away, the barista proceeded to make about 10 drinks that were ordered after mine, prior to beginning to remake mine. And whilst I was waiting, who i am assuming is the manager, shouted through the cafe asking who ordered the cappuccino and asked me why i couldn’t drink the whole milk one. This made me very uncomfortable. Then, after 15 minutes of waiting they finally remade my drink. I should have just asked for my money back, as my cappuccino had 0 milk foam, and was horrifically burnt. As a barista myself, I know the proper way to steam milk, and this barista steamed it about 3x longer than one should. Once it was cool enough to drink, it was undrinkable. Tasted foul. I don’t often feel inclined to write bad reviews but this was a genuinely terrible experience. If you want to spend money on a coffee, don’t do it here."
"The food could be good if they actually provided anything to make it taste good. 6 dumplings with a teaspoon of sauce is insane. If you ask for extra sauce they say they don’t have it but they literally sell soy sauce, so… everything is insanely expensive and low quality for what you pay. Their coffee is a waste of money — go to laughing goat. Fens cafe could choose to make the food more worth but they choose not to. Do not recommend."
