"FALSE PRICING and understaffed. The price on the menu board is not the same as what is charged at the register. I bought a croissant posted for $4.25 on their menu board. It rang up as $4.95. I did not notice this until after the charge went through. This is not transparent pricing and poor business practice. Only One person is working the register and making drinks on a Friday morning at 9:00 am. Cashier had to apologize for the owner's lack of pricing transparency stating they had a new sign but have not put it up. This is a management problem and is unfair to employees."

"I’m sorry to say that this was probably the worst latte I’ve had. The coffee was very bitter. You couldn’t even taste the pumpkin flavor at all and usually I don’t like it sweet. The latte just tasted like burnt coffee. Would not go back."
