"I don't know what took us so long to come to this place but WOW!! We've already came about 5 times already and we're addicted. These drinks are so good and fair priced. We have found our favorite drink from the menu and each time it is made to perfection. All the employees are very friendly and answer questions with no hesitation. Love this place!"

"Ordered number 2, a number 3 and an iced matcha. Every drink was just mehhh!! Bobas are tiny, drinks very average. Attendant was so disinterested. Would not visit it again. Happy lemon is so much better."

"I love coming to this place; it's honestly one of my favorite boba spots in the area, and I've recommended it to so many people. Their original brown sugar tea is so good. It has that deep, rich molasses flavor that hits perfectly every time it's made right, and you just can't find that same taste anywhere else. It's one of those drinks that, when it's done well, you crave for days afterward. Another thing I really appreciate is that they offer non-dairy milk options. You'd think more boba shops would do this, but it's actually super rare, so I love that they're inclusive of people who are lactose-sensitive or just trying to avoid dairy. It makes the menu feel way more accessible. The shop itself is on the smaller side. It's cute, but I do wish they had even a tiny lounge area or some comfy seating. It would be so nice to sit down with friends, hang out, and enjoy your drinks instead of having to take everything to go. It's not a dealbreaker, just one of those things that would make the whole experience feel more relaxed and complete. Now... my only real issue with this place, and honestly, the thing that breaks my heart a little, is the inconsistency. When they get it right, it's phenomenal. Truly 5-star, no hesitation, best boba in town. But when they miss, they really miss. The last time I went, the boba was extremely hard, like it hadn't been cooked long enough, and it barely had any of the brown sugar syrup that gives it that signature flavor. It was honestly disappointing because I was so excited for it. And the time before that, I didn't get any boba at all in my drink, which is wild considering that's literally the main reason you order it. It just feels crazy to me that a place with such high potential allows that level of inconsistency. If they could tighten up their quality control and make sure every drink tastes the same amazing way each time, this would be an always-reliable 5-star spot for me. But with my most recent experiences, I just can't give them a great rating right now, even though I really wish I could. I keep coming back because I know how good it can be, but I need them to get it together and be consistent."

"Edit: I went this week and it wasn’t as good. I always get the same drink and it didn’t look or taste like it usually does. I’m on a major boba kick right now since it’s a special treat without spending quite as much as a meal out. (And I get a chance to write reviews). The boba I got was tasty and I enjoyed it very much. The interior is small but maximizes the space. Very much a grab and go place. It’s like this anywhere where boba has gotten pretty expensive, almost any drink is $10 if you add any tip. All said, I enjoyed it and I’ll be back."

"I was there in the first minute of the hour. I understand that there can be a rush to open the store but it cannot be justified with rudeness. The Asian woman at the counter seemed uninterested and insolent. I ordered Matcha tea with Boba and cream mousse - half of which was ice. The boba was warm but stiff and extra chewy. Also ordered Tiger bun with chocolate chips and cream for breakfast. They mentioned it was going to take 10 mins and I was willing to wait for good food. I instead got an undercooked chewy bun which I had to throw halfway. Tiger Sugar is one of my favorite boba tea places hence I considered this irrespective of its average ratings. Learnt my lesson. Reviews are important to be considered before making a visit, just the customer service can make all the difference."
