"Counterserve coffee place in the food court of the Aurora Town Center Mall. They serve Starbuck's coffees plus additional drinks and there own selection of food/snacks. The coffee is very good. Service was outstanding. In addition to being fast and friendly, the batista tailored the cappuccino to my taste asking whether I preferred more milk or more foam. We also had an interesting conversation about the coffee cultures in Italy and Ethiopia. The food court has a lot of seating, unsecured Wi-Fi and ample parking."

I ordered a salted caramel Frappuccino and the lady gave me chocolate Frappuccino with caramel on the top, I asked if she could do the salted caramel Frappuccino as I am allergic to chocolate, she was very rude and say she was not going to do it, asked for a refund and she said she was not going to do it. Spoke to the manager and didn’t do anything about it. Horrible costumer service, definitely not the Starbucks image wants you to have. PSA: THIS IS NOT AN STARBUCKS STORE"
