"This was probably one of the worst experiences I’ve had anywhere. I was verbally harassed by the person working when I was there at 12:01 AM, 1/22. My only ask was to refill my coffee and I would gladly pay the $.60 refill charge. Only problem was they were out of coffee and he refused to get me a refill of anything close to coffee. So I stayed there and was absolutely humiliated by the Dazbog staff member who not only belittled me but continued to do so for over 5 minutes. To management - I urge you to watch the video during the time stated above to see how this staff member operates and conducts themselves in the absence of manager/supervisor. Also, it would be nice to have a cup of coffee - since this is a coffee place."

"I’m only sharing of the service I received the other day. I’ve been getting a coffee everyday the last 3 weeks. I ordered my usuals but forgot to ask for only 1 pump of syrup. I didn’t realize the young lady had already made my coffee and asked over the counter if she could do 1 pump? She grabbed the cup and dump the whole thing out with attitude!! I would have drank it had I know it was already made. Her attitude sucked and then scolded me “next time order it at the beginning”. I apologized profusely! I hire many people and this attitude would never fly! Treat people with kindness because you never know what they are going through!"
